The Story Behind Flow With Ease

Hello and welcome! I’m Keshea Rouse, founder of Flow With Ease Mental Health and a dual board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have been a Registered Nurse since 2010 and have provided primary care and mental health services as a Nurse Practitioner since 2019.

I earned my Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. Through my years in primary care, I came to recognize how deeply physical and mental health are connected—and that treating one without considering the other often leaves an important part of the person unseen. My passion for providing more holistic care led me back to school in 2022, and I earned my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz College of Nursing.

Originally from Haiti, I bring both professional experience and a deeply personal appreciation for the different backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences that shape our mental health. I speak English, French, and Haitian Creole, as well as intermediate Spanish, helping me provide more accessible and culturally responsive care to individuals and families from diverse communities. I’m also the mother of a 5-year-old boy, an experience that has given me an even greater appreciation for the joys, challenges, and many demands that come with caring for yourself while caring for others.

At Flow With Ease, I work with children ages 7 and older, adolescents, and adults, providing individualized care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health needs. My approach brings together medication management, supportive therapy, education, and shared decision-making while considering the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or collection of symptoms.

I created Flow With Ease to provide a space where you can feel heard, respected, and free of judgment. Together, we’ll develop care that reflects your experiences, needs, strengths, and goals so you can move forward with greater confidence, hope, and ease.
